Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Cyanessence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in a similar condition to which you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your order number and reason for returning the item must be emailed to us at info@cyanessence.com to arrange any returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or preferred method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or banks policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you receive a refund, in which case the cost of shipping will be added to your refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for another one, please return the original item and place a new order. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and credited to value of your original purchase (minus shipping) only if we are satisfied that the item is in its original condition after which a refund will then be facilitated. Email us at info@cyanessence.com to arrange any exchanges.
